tldr; This release significantly enhances the ticket management system across web and mobile. Improvements include a streamlined Ticket layout, better styling for operating costs, consistent label formatting, and a new viewers toggle synced across platforms. The Procedure Builder now supports bulk management of dropdown, single-, and multi-choice options, making form creation faster and more scalable. We’ve also added robust web tools to track asset Site assignments, manage related costs, and quickly assess asset availability.

Optimized Top Section of Ticket: General Settings

The top section of the ticket view has been streamlined by consolidating key controls into a expandable “General Settings” area that improves efficiency and reduces visual clutter by including the Status Selector, Urgency Selector, Assignee Selector, and Viewers. The section is collapsed by default.

Optimized Summary Section

The Summary section has been refined to reduce redundant information and selected items (Assets, Sites, Categories, Types, Automations) are now merged into a single expandable/collapsible “Selection” section for a cleaner overview.
